Say....

...cheese.

Glorious Dutchess Sara Cheese. Lovely name.

Buttery, nutty, golden goodness. You may even find yourself having a nibble on the subway, on the way to a picnic.

Simple meal, simple tale, rich with description anyway. I'd love a chunk...andTHAT tomato.

As simple as this is, it's my favorite. Sometimes I read a recipe and think 'ugh, i don't have time for that!' but then I came across this 'Cheese' blogpost, and you said it all. I like to pretend to be French and make my husband and myself just a little sliced cheese with basil and tomatoes for dinner. Yummy, filling, and good for you! Thanks Sarah for making this simple meal 'ok.'
